Constitutional Orginalism
I’m a constitutional originalist that believes the U.S. Constitution is primarily a document acknowledging Human rights in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence. The original version had a few issues such as the Fugitive Slave Clause but a literal interpretation of The Bill of Rights [which was ratified on December 15, 1791] guarantees Human Rights to all people present in The United States. If The Bill of Rights had been interpreted literally, slavery would have been acknowledged as repealed before the Thirteenth Amendment.
Now, if the Bill of Rights is interpreted literally in terms of the term, it must be acknowledged that the Bill of Rights contains more than 10 Amendments or sections on individual rights.
I do not understand how anyone could not see The Bill of Rights as an immutable anarcholibertarian pact between Americans against tyranny. That’s literally what it actually is.
When presidents stop appointing revisionist snowflakes, that will Keep The Republic Great!
[And yes, my hat is bigger!]
And if the people would stop being meek, they might elect real leaders that don’t let terrorists overthrow the United States of America with a satellite network and some zit faced insurrectionist dupes that try to barricade doors when congress is in spartan mode ready to euthanize the department of bitch.
